Consumer Information Statement (CIS)

In New Jersey, real estate licensees are required to disclose how they intend to work with buyers & sellers, and tenants & landlords in a real estate transaction.  The Consumer Information Statement (CIS) must be delivered to the client at the time of the first meeting.
