Spending the first 20 years of his life as a full-year resident of Margate, Josh has come to know every square inch of the island, and all of the real estate attached to it. He grew up in the Parkshore region of town, where his family still resides. For as long as he can remember, Josh has been interested in real estate. Much of his childhood was spent driving up and down streets and walking along the beach appreciating the value and sophistication of Absecon Island Real Estate. His passion turned into a reality when he entered college and was introduced to the commercial real estate world. In his free time, Josh loves spending time with his family in their pool, sitting on the 32nd Ave beach in Longport, and vacationing in the Caribbean.
Josh graduated from Saint Augustine Prep in 2016 and is currently entering his third year at the George Washington University studying Accounting and Commercial Real Estate. He is the Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Network at GW, a member of the Real Estate and Finance Alliance, as well as a member of the New York Young Real Estate Professionals Network. He has held various internships including with a tax accounting firm in Washington DC, and with Soleil Sotheby’s International Realty, where he now hangs his license. In his future, Josh sees himself working within commercial real estate debt/equity financing, as well as commercial development.
Josh’s passion and education in real estate give him a unique perspective on real estate investment. And from growing up in Margate, his knowledge on the marketplace is hard to beat. His fresh, creative, and detail oriented personality makes him a unique asset for anyone seeking real estate services. In addition to his personal attributes, Josh is proud to offer the global services of Sotheby’s International Realty, where he can provide professional real estate support around the globe to anyone that may need it.
